Ken Heydt – Controller

Ken joined Utilities Employees Credit Union in 2004 as Controller. In this position,
Ken is responsible for oversight of all accounting/finance functions of the credit
union including the financial reporting and analysis, accounts payable and payroll
systems, coordination of the annual budget, and profitability measurement reporting.
Ken also participates in asset liability management.
Prior to joining UECU, Ken had over 20 years of accounting and auditing experience
and served as Internal Auditor for a local financial institution, Retail Accounting
Manager for a local food services business, and Director of Accounting for the Southeast
Pennsylvania territory of a national charitable organization. He is a graduate of
Bloomsburg University with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration.
Lisa DeLucia – Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst

Lisa joined Utilities Employees Credit Union in 2005 as the Accountant/Financial
Analyst. In 2007 she was promoted to Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst. Lisa is
responsible for operating and maintaining UECU’s PROFITstar® system, conducting
profitability analysis and recommending appropriate pricing for products and services.
She also provides various financial reports including month-end financial reports
and analysis, payroll, and budgeting and projections.
Prior to joining UECU, Lisa had over 10 years experience in the accounting field.
This included several positions with increasing responsibility including accounts
receivable, accounts payable, payroll and cost accounting. She has a Bachelor’s
Degree with high honors in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
