Michael Malone – Lending Manager

Mike joined Utilities Employees Credit Union in 2002 as Lending Manager, and in
2007 was promoted and assumed responsibility for oversight of the Lending and Loan
Processing functions as well as the Asset Recovery department. Prior to joining
UECU, Mike had over 19 years experience with a regional financial institution in
the Reading area where he held various positions including Consumer Lending Manager,
which included Small Business Lending. Mike also has 6 years experience with a national
finance company where he held the position of Branch Manager.
Judy Brossman – Loan Service Supervisor

Judy joined Utilities Employees Credit Union in 2003 as a Loan Service Representative
and soon thereafter was promoted to Loan Processing Supervisor. Judy has oversight
responsibility for loan document and collateral processing, ensuring compliance
with regulations and policy manuals. She is well versed in the Symitar/Episys core
processing system and leveraging automation to improve efficiencies. Prior to joining
UECU, Judy had over 25 years experience with various financial institutions, serving
as Supervisor of Commercial Loan Collateral, Auditor, Customer Service Representative,
and Equipment Leasing Specialist.
Rick Minjock – Real Estate Loan Manager

Rick is the Real Estate Loan Manager at Utilities Employees Credit Union. Rick has
responsibility for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the real estate lending
function, and ensuring efficient and effective operations. Prior to joining UECU,
Rick had over 30 years experience with various financial institutions in Southeastern
Pennsylvania where he served as a Team Leader, Retail Credit Officer, Credit Manager,
and Consumer Credit Manager. He is a graduate of Penn State University with a B.A.
Degree in Finance and Economics. Rick also graduated with honors and was recipient
of the Jefferson Cup from the Graduate School of Retail Banking at the University
of Virginia.
Laurie Gross – Operations/Systems Analyst

Laurie serves as an Operations/Systems Analyst at Utilities Employees
Credit Union, with a primary focus on the Lending and Loan Processing
units. In this position, she applies her technical expertise with her knowledge
of multiple products and services to improve work flows, create
efficiencies, implement system upgrades, and improve reporting capabilities.
Laurie also provides technical training to credit union staff. Jobs held
previously at the credit union include VISA® Services, the IT Department
in which she provided PC support, maintenance, and report generation,
and a variety of project team assignments. Prior to joining UECU, Laurie
had eight years of experience with a major regional bank, working in the
credit card department and the fraud unit.
