Jane Kennedy – Marketing, Business Development & E-Services Manager

Jane joined Utilities Employees Credit Union in 2005 and serves as the Marketing, Business Development and E-Services Manager. Jane is in charge of developing strategies, providing direction and leadership, overseeing production in a timely manner and creating cost-efficient and effective department budgets. Responsibilities also include developing and overseeing tactics used to acquire new members and new sponsor companies, designing marketing campaigns to meet company growth goals, product design and development to increase product utilization, creation and coordination of promotion tracking, member retention and the integration of emerging technologies. Jane served two years as a member of the Filene i3 workgroup and has a certificate in Innovative Engineering.

Prior to joining UECU, Jane had over 12 years experience with US Airways Express as the Human Resources Administrator and Operations Assistant, seven years as the Sales and Marketing Director with a local contracting company, and over one year as the Marketing and Business Development Director with a community credit union. Jane is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Kutztown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and her major in Marketing.
