Melanie Vest – Training Coordinator

Melanie serves as the Training Coordinator for Utilities Employees Credit Union. She is responsible for working with management and staff in identifying training needs and opportunities. She coordinates all activities related to elective and regulatory training for Credit Union employees and members of the Board of Directors, including selection and procurement of vendors and resources, maintenance of training records, and development and facilitation of training programs. Prior to joining UECU, Melanie had over 17 years experience with a regional bank in Customer Service, Branch Management, Commercial Lending and Training. Melanie is a Cum Laude Graduate of Reading Area Community College, where she also received the Banking Student of the Year Award. She is also a certified Instructor by Development Dimensions Inc.
