Terry Larkin – Asset Recovery Manager

Terry serves as the Asset Recovery Manager at Utilities Employees Credit Union. In this position, Terry has responsibility for all aspects of asset recovery for the entire lending portfolio, with a focus on achieving and maintaining a predetermined annual delinquency percentage and a predetermined annual charge-off percentage.

Prior to joining UECU, Terry had over twelve years experience with various financial institutions in the Reading area where he held several positions including VP-Retail Risk Review and VP–Retail Loan Collections. He also has nine years of experience in the manufacturing sector, holding positions as Sr. Director-Customer Services and Administration and Sr. Director-World Wide Customer Service. He is a graduate of Lock Haven University with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. Terry is also a graduate of the Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking at Bucknell University.
