Wendy joined Utilities Employees Credit Union in April 2003, and serves as the Human
Resources Coordinator. In that time she has recruited, on-boarded, and assembled
the majority of UECU's workforce. She is also responsible for Compensation and Benefits,
Performance Management, Employee Relations, and HR Compliance and Administration.
Prior to joining UECU, Wendy had been a Recruiter for a regional office of a tri-state
security firm.
She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, with a B.S. in Psychology, where
she was also awarded First Place in the Society for Human Resource Management's
National Student Competition.
