Robert Hall – Investment Officer

Bob currently is the Investment Officer at Utilities Employees
Credit Union. In this position, Bob has responsibility for managing
the Credit Union’s sizeable investment portfolio including
decisions regarding security purchases and sales, developing
investment strategy and monitoring portfolio performance.
He also has responsibility for monitoring and projecting cash
requirements and overall liquidity needs and the management
of related depository and short-term investment balances.
Additional responsibilities include asset/liability management
analysis and reporting. He is a member of the Credit Union’s
ALCO and Pricing Committee.
Bob holds over 30 years of experience in the financial industry
and over 25 years in fixed income portfolio management, asset/liability management, funding
management and related treasury functions. During his career he has served in various senior level
functional and managerial roles with several financial institutions including Vice-President & Funding
Manager for a major regional bank and as Senior Vice-President, Treasurer and Investment Officer
at a large thrift institution. Bob is a graduate of Princeton University and received his MBA from the
University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
