Ken is a member of the Board of Directors of AdvantEDGE Financial Services™, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Utilities Employees Credit Union (UECU). Ken leads and directs the activities of the “front line” departments at UECU, which comprise two of the core processes of the Credit Union – managing the member experience and processing member transactions. He is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of all member-contact departments, including Asset Recovery, Business Development, Marketing, E-Services, Deposit Services, Lending, Loan Processing, Member Services (Call Center), New Member Experience and Sales Departments. As part of the senior management team, Ken is also responsible for assisting the President in setting strategic direction and for participating in the global management of the Credit Union.

Prior to joining UECU Ken had over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry, including fourteen years with a major regional bank where he held the position of Senior Vice President-Consumer Lending with overall responsibility for Consumer Lending, Operations, Customer Service, and Auto Leasing. Ken received a B.A. Degree in Economics from DeSales University and an MBA from Temple University. He also attended the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia.
