Pat is President and Treasurer of the Board of Directors of AdvantEDGE Financial
Services™, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Utilities Employees Credit Union (UECU).
She has responsibility for setting strategic direction and providing leadership
and oversight for AdvantEDGE. At UECU, Pat oversees and directs the activities of
the "support" functions, which include Administration (Facilities, Human Resources,
Training and Legal), Compliance/Internal Audit, Finance, Investment and Information
Technology. She serves as Chairperson of the Credit Union’s ALCO and Pricing Committee.
Pat is also responsible for assisting the President in setting strategic direction
and for participating in the global management of the Credit Union.
Prior to joining the Credit Union, Pat spent 15 years in public accounting, during
which she coordinated the audits and other services for numerous credit unions in
southeastern Pennsylvania. Pat holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Shippensburg
University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and holds the Certified
Chief Executive designation from the Credit Union Executives Society.
