Walt is Secretary of the Board of Directors of AdvantEDGE Financial Services™, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Utilities Employees Credit Union (UECU). At UECU, Walt has responsibility for oversight and administration of the Credit Union’s Human Resources, Training, Legal Services and Facilities Functions. As part of the senior management team, Walt is responsible for assisting the President in setting strategic direction and for participating in the global management of the Credit Union.

Prior to joining UECU, Walt had over 25 years corporate management and legal experience in the electric utility, banking and insurance fields. He served in various roles in these companies including Vice President – Legal Services for General Public Utilities Corporation (now First Energy). Walt is also an Adjunct Instructor at Albright College, and a Certified Mediator. Walt is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law with a J.D. Degree and a graduate of Lafayette College with a B.A. Degree in History.
